How far would you go to win? How far is too far?
Neighbours and family friends, Ahad and Areesha have known each other all their lives and hated each other for most of it. From demeaning poetry to chilli coated straws to crushed ice in uncomfortable places to strategically executed breakups, they've stopped at nothing in their quest to taunt and torment one another.
But now they're poised to take their vendetta a step further - marriage. To each other!
What do you do when the man you detest is sleeping beside you every night? What do you do when your worst nightmare is suddenly starting to look like the woman of your dreams? What do you do when disdain melts into desire and hate disappears in a wave of love? What do you do when you fall in love with the person you've hated forever?
Areesha and Ahad are about to find out.
Accidentally Married is Book 1 of the Reluctant Romances series by Andaleeb Wajid.

Praise for Accidentally Married
"Laugh out loud funny, delightfully snarky and heartwarmingly tender, this is by far my favorite book by Andaleeb Wajid. Ahad and Areesha are as real as they are wonderful and Accidentally Married is the best enemies to romance love story I've read so far." - Shilpa Suraj
"A delightful and very contemporary story of a young couple finding themselves, in a familiar setting of loving but meddling families, funny traditions and commonplace problems of daily life and earning livelihoods--shot through with the magical possibilities of love. As usual, Andaleeb Wajid takes a very believable setting and characters who seem familiar, and transforms it into something frothy and yet believable with the persuasive power of her imagination." - Sayoni Basu
"A hilarious book with sizzling chemistry, and loveable characters. Definitely one of Andaleeb’s best books." - Apeksha Rao
"Areesha and Ahad's story is the stuff that dream desi rom-coms are made of - a feuding couple with an interesting back story that is uncovered slowly and steadily, family members they love and who love to meddle in their affairs, a big fat Indian wedding and a whole lot of of sizzling chemistry." - Namrata Sadhvani

Accidentally married by Andaleeb Wajid is one of the best read Of mine in recent time. Such an awesome, intresting and highly appreciable start of any book. The introduction part is just so much intense as well as so much fun. The way characters are introduced is going to make you hook to the story till you finish it in one go.Ahad and Areesha, best friends turned enemies and now husband and wife. A very beautiful sneak peek into their adorable married life and their childhood. The best part of the story is transformation of their relationship from the childhood to the teens and now as they are tied with holy knot, their change of emotions towards each other.Though it's not an easy road to pass but let's see how they will do it. (Read to find out)The story has many mind fights, love scenes, romance, passionate love making and true emotions to read .The most beautiful part of Andaleeb's writing is the reality she puts into words. The culture, the rituals of a marriage, the very small and tiny things which brings charm to any occasion can be seen in her writing is absolutely appreciable. Specially muslim weddings, all full of rituals and drama, and it can seen as it is in her books, which makes me read her books without giving a miss.Definitely a great read. Recommend 👍

An unexpected light good read with a few funny moments. Don't expect so much it is the usual story, nonetheless a enjoyable read.

Ahad and Areesha detest each other. Almost most of their life they played pranks to get back at each other. But is dislike the emotion responsible for their actions or something else?
I loved Areesha and Ahad's story. Their repartees are quick and witty, keeping the reader in splits. Their chemistry, smouldering. The part where they discover and acknowledge their true feelings for one another was my favourite.
I raced through the book in a couple of hours. Once finished I had to wait, rather impatiently, for the next book.

Yet another brilliant romance by my favourite author from my favourite city! This is the beginning of a new series “Reluctant Romances” and is an enemies to lovers romance. Areesha and Ahad were childhood friends and neighbours who had been at odds with each since their their teenage days. But by a twist of fate or deliberate machinations, they ended up married to each other and learn to navigate their strong attraction and inherent disdain for each other while exploring the minefield that is marriage in India.
I loved how the author designed the main characters to be endearing yet flawed as humans and not some black and white paragons of virtue or vice. I also appreciate the effort taken to build the foundation for the secondary characters and their possibly upcoming stories!
It is always a joy to earn about the culture and rituals of different people in a country as vast as India, and this book did give me a sneak peak into the way weddings are experienced by some people.
I read this on Kindle Unlimited but I am going to purchase a copy for myself for sure.

I enjoyed reading this book. I will love it even more if Tanzeam and Jawed's story also end with a happy note and if the the Great Indian in law's can understand the value of personal space.

It looks like old gift in new package.i m really disappointed by the story line as there is nothing sort of storyline make you hold book tightly and complete in a go.sorry Andaleeb but you are capable of good writing.please make an effort

Accidentally Married by Andaleeb wajid
Neighbours Areesha and Ahad who can't stand each other have an arranged marriage... the story is about how their love blossoms, how they come closer and sort out their differences.... the families are adorable and the instances are funny and so relatable.... Areesha is a bindaas babe yet sweet and the perfect wife and daughter in law..I love the way they clear their misunderstandings and go on to become passionate lovers from arch enemies

It took me my whole lifetime to discover Andaleeb’s work but I’m so glad I did. This enemies to lovers story is a laugh riot as your mind pictures all the details in the story! It is cheeky and fun but is also very real where the emotions are concerned. It was compelling enough to finish in one sitting and yet it was an effortless and beautiful read. Looking forward to the next one in this series!
