I have had got hold of this book as it is free on the Amazon Kindle version. I have been halfway through the book and felt that the Maulana have loads of knowledge, but, somewhere lacks in presentation.
As I was reading the book, I felt like going in and out of the stance and the concentration continuously is broken. In addition to that, I also felt that there are lots of 'theories' around the subject and I honestly did not quite feel satisfied with the conclusion as such.
Apart from that, it is a quite good read.
