Absolutely worth buying. I am writing this review after a month and a half of use. I have washed it in the machine once. The colour did not fade and the little coffee stain came off with the regular wash setting. I keeps me pretty warm and cozy even when the AC is betweeb 18-22°C all night. I don't think it'll be warm enough for heavy winters of north india but will work for AC rooms and winters of mumbai, pune and blr
I would give 0 star if its there. Side Stiches are torn and quality was not up to mark for this price. I bought another branded one in my city and its stiched properly and its quality is awesome. This will be easily tered off particularly at ends. Thumbs down for this price and the given quality. They didnt even check the product whether its stiched properly or not. Actually I want to return it buy my mother had a stuching machine and she stiched those ends where the stiches are opened and using it. I didnt returned it only for the reason my mother wants it cuz of heavy winter here. Totally disappointed. I won't recommend it to others.
I have given it 4 stars as I was expecting a better quality from the brand solimo. The outer fabric is of polyester and is not of very good quality. The inner filling though seems to be microfiber hence quite light in weight. The one I bought is for single bed and I spent rs. 849 for this when the sale was running. As far as the warmth is concerned you get a comfortable feel but not suitable for heavy winters like 20th dec to mid jan. But if you put an outer cover of some good fabric over it which I would actually recommend then the heat gets doubled and can be used in heavy winters as well.
It's a comforting comforter. Definitely a shade lighter than what appears on the screen but that variation is to be expected a little. For AC rooms and mild winters it is the best. Single size is perfect for one person. Definitely planning on getting a few more. They should offer similar reversible matching covers as a combo pack.
Made of polyester, filled with micro fibre which actually irritates the skin, ive got red rash on my thighs though it disappeared later, it is indeed warm but not soft. I personally didn't like the quality. I will cover myself with a bedsheet first and then with this quilt in the coming winter. (From hyd). Suggest solimo to make quilts with muslin fabric or cotton..
Really good for light to moderate winters in Bangalore, Pune etc. Is soft. Is very light weight and has low volume footprint - so I can take this on a hiking trip or train journey. Will have to see how it reacts to washing cycles
It's very light weight but surprisingly warm! Used it in Sikkim winter at as low as 8°C yet there were times when I had to remove the blanket because it was a bit too warm! Great product. Haven't washed it though, I believe it should be "dry cleaned"!! Go for it! I bought single one for 899 rs
Amazing quality. Good for mild winter. Keeps me comfortable all night in temperatures around 18 degrees Celsius. For winter in northern India, it will not be sufficient. Maybe use as an ac blanket in summer. Color is awesome and feel is so smooth
