Does the work... It's very thin, even plastic on other side of cover is very thin... I have another one with different brand, it was 300 costlier than this one, but it's very thick and working with no issues from last 3 years... One may go for it, but don't expect much service from this.....

Top layer is very thin towel like material , stretchable material with elastic on all sides for fitting and thin waterproof plastic type material on the inner side . Value for money as compared to other similar products . Only drawback is it's white color . Wish it was available in other darker shades . Also it takes time to dry once washed .

Overall the mattress protector is good. I've been using it for 2 months now and washed it once. The water resistance is good to an extent that you are not planning to lay on that side right away. The top fabric (microfiber?) gets wet but doesn't allow the liquid to pass into the mattress, which of course, is its Primary function. I purchased the maroon color as other people suggested difficulties in washing the white ones. Price could be a little lower around 800-900. It might be easy to clean but certainly not that easy to dry! Do NOT dry it out in the sun. Dry under shade with it across a large space as the waterproof layer underneath could get stretched if hung on a smaller area of the clothesline. There is a little color bleeding on first wash.

The day my baby arrived, I wanted her to have a sound sleep, so that me and my wife could also have peace of mind. I had upgraded my bed mattress to a very expensive one from sleepwell, and covered it up with beautiful bedspreads. Very soon I realised that my infant would wet the bed leaving stains on mattress that would stay for a life long. Baby would sleep comfortably, but I had sleepless nights to check several times if she was wet and if the mattress has stains. I tried lot of options before I reached this mattress protector. Ever since I bought this, I never had to worry about the mattress. It is soft, easy to put on and doesn't make you feel much difference on mattress. This is machine washable and dries up quickly on machine spin. This is a saviour and its a must have if you have an infant or toddler at home.

this is my second mattress protector, earlier one being used since a year. though washed a couple of times ,still serving the purpose. but recommend not to wash very often. this is for my dog who sometimes climbs on the mattress and pees. earlier it was very traumatic, now I can be at peace.. though I need to wash the protector when accident occurs, my mattress will be safe.

Great product to protect and keep your mattress dry and spill-proof.

The top layer is a very thin towel like material, stretchable material with elastic on all sides for fitting and thin waterproof plastic-type material on the inner side. If water is poured on the top layer, it definitely does not penetrate and the bottom layer (the water-proofing layer) is very thin. It fits the mattress from Top and from all the side, but not from the bottom. It is good for a mattress with a thickness from 4 inches to 10 inches. The Top has thin towel like material which does not slip.

the feel is definitely not like if you are sleeping over a layer of plastic/rubber, but the feel is like you are sleeping over a natural cotton bed-sheet. The bed-sheet when spread over this protector also does not slips or get deformed (like the bed-sheet gets deformed if it is spread over a plastic or rubber protector) and bed-sheet firmly remains plain-spread for even 2-3 nights.

The top, however, does not absorb the spilt liquid/water. I tried with spilling water over the protector and it didn’t get absorbed, and I have to wait for a while till the water gets dried/evaporated naturally. This can be a drawback, if the spill is either a human excretion or oil spill, then you will have to wash it and that would be the only option because such spills can’t get absorbed or dried. Another drawback is its white color. Wish it was available in other darker shades. another drawback is it takes time to dry once washed.

However, it is a value for money as compared to other similar products.

Not of that good quality as read through the comments and feedbacks. Very thin and not waterproof. I do have kids at home and to protect he mattress i had ordered this. But as it is not waterproof and material is very thin and poor quality, so initiated the return.
