As a bodybuilder myself and former PT, I still love to learn more about the field. This short book will show you many important aspects to bodybuilding nutrition. The book not only covers nutrition but goes into the mindset of a bodybuilder as well, which I know many people need to succeed in the gym. The thing I liked the most about the book was the sample meal plan which any beginner can use and intermediates can model. Great book and highly recommend it.
This book is excellent! I have been wanting to start exercising more and build more muscle and this book has taught me exactly how to do that. The author has listed different types of food and nutrients your body needs if you want to be a body builder. I have tried the tips listed in this book and I have already noticed a huge difference in my body after one week! I highly recommend this book, it is very informative!
Very misleading book. Talked in circles as though they were going to explain a game plan to help you with bodybuilding. If you have the slightest experience in weight training or bodybuilding and dieting, then don't waste your time and money on this book. The authors should be ashamed of themselves. They put together a nice picture on the front cover but the content sucks!
I'm not a bodybuilder but I am always looking to get healthier and stronger and this is just the book to learn about how to do that! There is lots of useful information in here that talks about exercise and diet but a lot of it is just common sense: how there is no quick way to do it, how it takes tons of effort, protein is important. Highly recommended if you're looking to get stronger: info packed and motivation packed! Thanks so much!
i liked reading the book as it explains every corner of bodybuilding steps and techniques, what to eat and what not to, what things to avoid and what to adopt, it is very essential for any bodybuilder to be aware of certain facts which this book has described properly. It is well written and should be followed by every bodybuilder
