I have no intention of competing, but do I want a stronger body? You bet!
In this book I learned a lot about how I can make my body leaner, toned and looking good. The author takes starts of with easy tips from basics like warmups to supplements, the importance of proper diet and nutrition, and how to breathe to avoid injury. There are also instructions on the right kind of exercises to focus on certain muscles. I found this book very informative and full of actionable tips on how to get myself into better shape.
