For people in fitness it is must read .

One weakness I would point out is that you kind of have to read the whole book to really be able to put a programme together for yourself. One thing I think would have really benefitted this book is a few more 'routines'. There are a couple in the back of the book that require you to flick back through the book to pages of exercise descriptions, but I think maybe a flow chart would have been better so that those who wanted to get started right away could do so without having to read the whole thing. I'm knit-picking a bit, but I think that would have made the book 5*.
I am very disappointed with the Kindle Edition. I wish I had bought the hard copy which would be far easier to use as the author intended.
Look at the reviews, this speaks volumes of this book. There are many movements you'll think your doing right but this book will put you right
Slight tweaks when lifting? This book will tell you Why, it will also give you endless stretches and exercises that will make you more flexible and mobile than ever.
I always advise getting professional guidance in the form of a PT if you gave any fitness goal to achieve, but this book will give you alot of pointers to help you also
This book is by far the best book I've ever had. Now it's on kindle its amazing, I can look at it anywhere. This 2nd edition is brilliant with more details on problem areas and pain. I absolutely can not recommend this book enough!!! Mobility is so important and this book tells all.
Not exactly a breezy read, but there's so much content and advice on mobility, strength, fixing weaknesses & staying pain free there can't be many scenarios it doesn't cover.
