Don't bother if you're diabetic!

I stopped reading after the breakfast recipes because I couldn't believe this diabetic cookbook would recommended recipes with sugar, honey, and include so many carbs. I was terribly disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

Good general recipes from breakfast to dessert

Book is well designed and attractive. Great photos. pages on information on diabetes, etc. Recipes are a bit fussy for an experienced cook but perfect for a beginner - the size of bowl you need, the order to do things, the way to mix - any you might be unsure of. Made two recipes straightaway - very good.
