If you can't have all the books, of Black Widow, let's say only one, choose this. This is the one.
Devin Grayson did an amazing job giving real shading and depth to Natasha Romanoff
J.G. Jones really gives some impressive artwork especially with the face expressions and body gestures.
Scott Hampton’s art for the second half of this book is a surprisingly nice fit for a Black Widow book, featuring a wash technique art.
The first story, is brash, bold and colourful, with it's words and sounds, we get this big James Bond explosions, mysterious serums,
warlords and massive guns, while the second one is very much in the tradition of cold war spy versus spy, tone down story.
The spy stories and “humanity” of Natasha lend itself naturally to a less “ high superhero story style” , and the results here
are pretty cool.
