So riveting are these miniature essays exploring 156 emotions that if anyone interrupts your reading, you'll probably feel irritated ... Educative, entertaining.
A brilliant book
Witty, informative, undogmatic and thought-provoking, this wonderful book should convince us that emotions are never just neural events. --This text refers to the paperback edition.

Instead, we are presented with little stories/facts related to the word/emotion in a humorous way, sometimes relating them to historic characters. True stories.
Personally I enjoy it even if it's different from what I expected (the psychological perspective.
It didn't cause me any "Boredom or Apathy" but a little Delight each time I randomly flip or jump through the pages.
But if you essentially looking for a book of psychological tone this is not the one.
Well worth a reference book to be dipped into as appropriate.
