Being a great fan of Julia Quinn and the Bridgertons, I had to read this one. I wasn't disappointed. All the 'epilogues' were wonderful peeks into the 'ever afters' of the Bridgertons. Most of them were highly satisfying. Violet Bridgerton's especially was poignant and bitter-sweet. Anthony and Hyacinth's were fun and pacy; Benedict's was about Sophie's half-sister. It was a rather cute little love story. The only two that I was a bit disappointed in were Eloise's and Penelope's. They weren't about them at all and I wanted to know more about their lives. Greogory's, Daphne's and Francesca's were quite gratifying too and exactly the answers I wanted as a reader. All in all, a must read for Bridgerton junkies.
A lot of the kindle editions of the Bridgerton books I brought and read, had the 2nd epilogue or happily ever after as I like to call them at the end of them. Only two didn't so it was nice to read those two in this collection and the additional short story from Violet Bridgerton.
Loved this as was able to find out a little of what happened to them later and it centered around unanswered questions from the previous books based on each of the bridgerton siblings.Absolutely loved this series and read them in one go.
I was hooked. The only disappointment was in on the way to the wedding when the author told us what was going to happen at the start of every paragraph, that’s spoiled it for me. With respect to every other booked they were brilliant, amusing, tear filled with joy and sadness but great all the same
I am a huge fan of Julia and her stories about the 8 Bridgerton siblings in particular and was very excited when i heard she was writing a second part to each book, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I was not disappointed. The stories could have been a bit longer but I think that is just because I love the characters so much that I really wanted a whole new book about each one. I very much enjoyed catching up with my fave 19 th century family, especially the rematch of Pall Mall, I would love to play with them, as long as I got to have the Mallet of Death
