I order it for my guinea pig. While feeding him I accidentally dropped some in the water bowl. After sometime I noticed that the colour of hay is faded and the water is yellow. There are artificial colours in the hay and harmful for guinea pig, hamster, rabbit or any other animal. And if you keep feeding them artificial colours they might die. Don't buy it.

Delivery charge is more

Quality is good but the delivery charge is too much. We paid 150 for a product of 300. I tried ordering 2 packets to reduce the delivery charge but it was doubled. The delivery charge atleast should remain same. You are not delivering twice. Both packets came in a single box. Felt cheated. Please reduce the delivery charge or atleast reduce for more quantity of the product

It's actually 3rd cut timothy hay, so it doesn't contain any hard strainds and my bunny loves it becozhe like soft hay and this is it. Also the smell's good, quality's good and not much expensive like any other.

My bun loves this hay so much and chews it multiple times a day. I had also tried Timothy hay from other brands n supplier but my bun refused to eat it. I had to finally use it just for her bedding.
This one she loves. I spread it in her litter tray and she now sits in her litter tray for longer duration. Eats this hay and does her work.

It's probably my rabbit's favourite hay. It's not better than timothy, but quite a necessity for rabbits as their main diet should be at least 80% hay 24×7. Strands are fine and my rabbit loves chewing on it, though it can be quite dusty compared to other hay I've used. And it's more affordable than other hay.
The fluctuating price is the most frustrating thing, it never stays constant. And delivery charge more thsn hundred is excess.
As its cost is meant to be 300 rupees, charging more than it is total exploitation. And in a country where getting hay for rabbits is difficult, couldn't it be better to not have a delivery charge or less delivery charge for this hay?

I ordered for chipsi but got vita. Im not upset that I got more quantity and a much more expensive hay without paying extra. I ordered for 1 kg pack but got 1.2kg pack. Even though its a different brand vita cost 200 to 300 bucks more than chipsi so I have no complains. My rabbit is enjoying it. And since its hard for me to get hay at the moment I'm glad I got more than I asked for. I even got early delivery. So I'm thankful.
