  • USE - Use with colander to strain water for making Yogurt. It can make 1 Kg of yogurt when fully open and 750 gms when cinched closed. The strainer is designed to hold curd from maximum 3L of milk.
  • HOW TO USE - Step 1) Attach the strainer on a colander. Step 2) Put curd in the strainer. Step 3) Leave to strain for 2-4 hours depending on how tight you want yogurt. You can manually press for faster straining. Step 4) Pull out the strained Yogurt and its ready.
  • FEATURES - 10.5" (27cm) in circumference and 6.5" (16cm) in depth. Made of 100% cotton. Comes with cord lock to stays tight around colander rim. Machine washable.
  • BETTER THAN CHEESE CLOTH - It is a good alternative to cheese cloth as it is not messy to open and close. Edges of cheese cloth often flips over and gets stuck to the yogurt while scrapping down the yogurt. Also, specially designed for yogurt, this does not allow any weigh to pass through.
