5.0 out of 5 stars Broad-range book on communication skills.
Reviewed in the United States on 4 August 2019
This book is actually quite different from other books on consulting that I have read. I think a better title would have been "Communication Skills for Young Businesspeople". About half the book is on direct communication skills, such as written & oral communication and leadership. The author spends another 22 pages giving advice for performing well in an interview. I found the final section on data visualization very interesting and actually quite helpful (info is given on how to present information in a graphic way, to help customers understand concepts). I found this to be a beneficial book for consultants. There are a broad range of topics covered in the book, and the information presented is useful for anyone who communicates. I recommend this book. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!
