Each recipe starts with a title summary of the dish, medium size color photo, servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Have eaten in this restaurant once and it was a salad dish, everything else was too salty or high in fats for our diets.
carrot cake looks good, i'd use fresh pineapple and canola oil to make it a bit healthier.
