An absolutely beautiful book that is very clearly lovingly crafted. The concept is neat, especially if you’re already invested a bit with Critical Role’s second campaign. This is primarily a book of art, and the art is gorgeous. Many styles, all executed very very well. This blows the official D&D books completely out of the water in terms of style and quality - both of the art and the book as a physical object. Heavy weight paper and high quality print.
Just an absolute joy, and I would love a good chunk of these works as framed posters. Well worth the money. And enjoyable even if you have no clue about Critical Role.
