CANT BELIEVE I PAID £11 FOR THIS. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WAITING AND WAITING FOR THIS BOOK IT IS A BIG LET DOWN. SO DISAPPOINTED. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? BARELY RECOGNISE THE MAIN CHARACTERS FROM THEIR APPREARANCE IN PREVIOUS BOOKS. THE PLOT IS SO WEAK IT AND THE ACTION IS BARELY NON-EXISTENT. ADDS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THE BREED WORLD. IT'S LIKE THE AUTHOR TOOK A QUICK NOVELLA SHE HAD WRITTEN YEARS AGO, CHANGED THE CHARACTERS NAME AND THREW IN QUITE A FEW LONG SEX SCENES TO FLESH THE BOOK OUT AND THERE YOU GO. THE LONG AWAITED AND MOST ANTICIPATED STORY IN THE WHOLE SERIES AND IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT ON THE WHOLE BREED WORLD.

The book we have all been waiting for. I would first like to say that it does not disappoint.it's an excellent read but, it doesn't close.out the series as you would expect given that Ms Leigh stated this was the last in the series some years ago. Also so much of the interactions between Cassie and her mate happen off page and have supposedly been happening for the last six years since the events.In Dawns Awakening. I didn't like that, I dislike when authors use the off page tool if something happens between the leads i want to read about it not be told about it. You expect Cassies mating to be sudden (which it is) but her mates spent six years courting her and we the reader have missed all of it. Also there's not much plot no villians to fight although there an attempt made to introduce some drama in my mind it failed we do not even find out what happens to the "villain" at the end he's that unimportant. The book flows it's an easy read.and.if you.hadnt.had a twenty five book build-up then this.may have got more.stars.

Really enjoyed this instalment in the series...
Definitely not one of the best but a very enjoyable read..
It was fabulous getting to see more of Cassie & Dog, learning about Cassie's "Angle" and meeting a lot of other characters from previous books.... I really want Mutt & Mongrels story...
The ending was too abrupt & fast but I find Lora Leigh does that...
I do think if I had paid the original price when this book was released i would have been disappointed but I got it for £1.27 so I was trilled with my story...

Another fantastic storyline I have loved Cassandra`s character from the beginning and was hoping she would find her mate. But what a bombshell regarding the "fairy" that Cassie always had with her.Would give this 10 stars if I could,but then again I would give the whole series 10 stars.
