Anything written by Sudha Murthy is wonderful, well, to me at least. They convey a very beautiful message from a normal incident in simple words. She's a superb narrator.
My gripe is that when you navigate from paperback to kindle edition, it points to the single Or the titular story only (e.single); while the paperback has a lot of them as this is a collection of stories. So, it's very misleading as most of us usually miss/skip the fine print of the description ( 10 pages only).
So, be careful when you're buying a collection of stories by any author ( specially Sudha Murthy's work) in Kindle format, you might be buying a single story only.
Go for the paperback.
"Human power has limitations because money cannot help every one. As she said, we should have the ability to face all the situations in the life, Even she helped most of the people through her foundation to support them financially . it went as unrecognized, when they had reached to good position in their life. They had forgotten the God, who had helped them. She helped a lot of other people, when some states were affected with natural calamity like TSunami in Chennai, Drought in Karnataka etc. God has given a magnanimous heart to her to help the society.
Many books say that, Great people are down to earth and they will never feel proud about their achievements and she is one of them.It is not a book, it is a stepping stone to all the people to come across the hurdles in the life. Never ever forget the humanity in your life try to help the society and be a responsible citizen to your country.

This compilation of real life experiences of Sudha Murthy inspires with the tales of selfless service, amuses with a scattering of human-life anecdotes and leaves you happy about reading what you read.
I had never taken Sudha Murthy as an author in the league of of some well known story tellers, neither does this book put her anywhere at the top of the list but the honesty of the book won it's reader in me... So much so that I recommend this book for a satisfying short read to all who want to feel good about what they read.
I did not know that my son would be reading a lesson in his English CBSE textbook which was an excerpt from this one. When my son saw this kindle book he was pleasantly surprised and took to reading it from the fuller version that I had in my Kindle.
Thank you Mrs. Sudha. Please keep writing for us... Your writing style is a pleasure!
