To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
We wanted to make several recipes, before posting a review, and we are totally satisfied for receiving so much, at such a low cost purchase. Every mouth-watering recipe includes simple, easy-to-prepare recipes, along with directions, and helpful tips. Several of the Ingredients are common, which made life a little easier.
The recipes we made so far are: The Spicy Sweet Barbeque Sauce, which we used over different grilling meats as a zesty marinade:The Garlic & Chive Sauce; The Citrus Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, which is delicious over salad; The Warm Onion & Bacon Dip, which I will make again; Warm Roasted Onion Dip, which is as delicious as it sounds; And The Spicy Peach & Blueberry Salsa. All recipes were very tasty & enjoyable. We are fussy when it comes to Salsa, but now we have a home-made choice.
Other delicious recipes include: Cheesy Artichoke & Garlic Dip; Basic Pizza Sauce; Tropical Salsa; Curried Honey Mustard Sauce; Cranberry Sauce; Tarter Sauce; Rhubard, Cucumber & Corriander Salsa; Roasted Carrot & Rosemary Dip; And many more mouth-watering recipes that will indeed impress your guests, and your family.
My favorite so far is the Mint & Peanut Thick Sauce, which I served over rice. A sensation, and will be making it again. In addition to all the fantastic recipes, several of them could be served over rice, which is a delicious meal in itself. I made sure we had Italian Bread, French Bread, and Chips available for the dips. We are happy to add this cookbook to our growing collection. Our Next Selections will be the Fresh Herbs & Buttermilk Dip, the Hot Artichoke Dip, and the Roasted Garlic Sauce. We will leave feedback and updates as we make new recipes. A great cookbook to gift to friends & family. Highly recommended!
50 nice recipes. Each recipe is on its own page, in full... no *turning* the page to see the remainder of a recipe, in the Kindle version. That is the good part. Alas, no pictures of the recipes. Also, the last 25% of the Kindle version is advertising a different short cookbook on each page. That is the bad part.
Yowza, not a long book, but some great discoveries in recipes here. I have over a thousand unique cookbooks. Have been cooking many years. Once in a while something little comes along that grabs ur attention. I say go for it. I bought a series of them. Great for quick and easy look ups. Healthy and easy to prepare. Can't beat the ideas for the price.
