Als Gründerin von DesignThinkingCoach.de verfolgt Pauline das Ziel, den Einstieg ins Design Thinking mit Trainings und praktischen Tools zu erleichtern. Als Coach unterstützt sie außerdem Unternehmen dabei interne Design Thinking Teams aufzustellen und diese methodisch dabei zu begleiten, zukunftsweisende Lösungsideen zu entwickeln.
