I bought this product on 6-FEB-2020 for personal usage like : internet stuffs, ms-office , graphics designing, photoshop, up to some high performance usage like Cadence/PCB design, Board level simulations simulations and I found it performing pretty good.
For basic uses it shows superior performance but for heavy software like Solid-Works, Design-Spark and other mechanical and PCB simulation software it lags with RAM/CPU reaches 78-95%.
It is very obvious that it needs more resources RAM/CPU-Speed/Graphics, and running these heavy software is not the right judgement, I did just to check the max performance one can get out of this master piece.
Below is my Rating /Observation :

2. Value for Money : 4.8/5
Note : It is little costlier side, but considering the build quality and performance it deserve this price tag.

Durable cabinet and stylish look

Having SSD makes it outperforming, fast bootup, shutdown and apps loading
It is not rated considering Gaming application, and certainly it will require more resources.
5. Customer Support : 5+/5
I would say "more than expected" !
They will call you and make sure that you have received the product in good condition, and it suites your
requirement, and for any future upgrade and service they are happy to support.
