This book is a bible of all that she has taught us through the years and you can always go back to it whenever in doubt what to eat in what season, festivals,having acidity or bloating issues..etc etc....

If you are someone who believes that health is created without counting calories and by eating till you are 3/4 th full....she s the one you should look up to.

I like it a lot. Thanks to Rujuta for teaching us to go "BACK TO BASICS". The language is super friendly ( USP of Rujuta's book). I love her open letters from khichdi, turmeric, ghazak and other traditional foods. Rujuta was one of the early dieticians who emphasizes on health not on fads and who tells us to eat traditional foods which our grandmoms used to cook.
