The author did a great job on creating this cookbook, because it contains a lot of interesting recipes from all over the world. The recipes are well organized and have easy to follow steps that anyone could put to good use rather quickly.
After purchasing this book my wife cooked and I eat what she prepares for me, I am truly impressed on how the food taste. Now, I could say that electric pressure cooker is definitely time saver device in cooking delicious dishes in the easiest way.
