In the container itself it is printed “This contains Sucralose. Not recommended for children”. When it is not recommended for children, is it suitable for elders with diabetes. Steps: Add oil and roast all the spices till in a pressure cooker. Add the dal and then the oats and pressure cook all the ingredients (except the Ensure Diabetes Care) with sufficient water. Switch off the gas and add the Ensure Diabetes Care at the end. |
CREAMY CHICKEN SOUPIngredients - Boneless chicken pieces (250 g), buttermilk (500 ml), finely chopped celery (1 cup), chopped garlic (2 tsp), chopped onion (4 tbsp), finely chopped lemongrass stem (2 tbsp), an avocado, soy sauce (1 tbsp), Salt and pepper according to taste and ensure diabetes care (4 scoops).
