I am sorry, but I have one major grudge and thats regarding the print quality and stationery of this book- it really feels uncomfortable reading. The font/print is very hard to read, very very light and does not look easy to read on that paper at all. Maybe it is the copy I received, but there’s no way for me to know. This is a major disappointment for me, as surely the elders and even me won’t be comfortable grabbing this book for continued/frequent browsing.
I had chosen this book for my Cook Book Club in Indore for all the members and I am glad I chose this book, all the members tried a lot of recipes from this book and most of them are fool proof without any discrepancies in the recipes.
.the nutrient count and tips are helpful beyond measure..living the book and the authors culinary journey through her words. Would be awesome to get a signed copy ...
