Was looking for a box with pillows instead of harder moulds to wrap watches around. Pillows allow much more leverage for tight straps, without over-tensioning them. Found this one and have been pretty satisfied with it. The outer surface is faux leather and pillows are pretty soft.
The pocket in the lid is enough to hold a few spare straps. It's not very roomy, so anything with lot of bulk and or volume will not fit.

The build, finish and stitching is great.
The pillows are soft and also provides good support without stretching the watch straps too much.
Both the mechanical and magnetic lock depending upon the model is strong and rigid.
The interiors are soft and won't scratch your watch.
Overall a great buy. Pictures attached.

Watch boxes are generally not made by watch manufacturers and hence are not 'branded'. This makes getting a quality box really tough. After a lot of trial and error, I came across this brand Hard Craft sold by Ficco (hope spelling is ok) and this is my third box.
