Very well described recipes, nice pictures, well described.
One set back , I wish all the recipes would have had a picture of the same according to Chefs plating style.
But its a perfect book for all. Value for money..!!

The two books accompany each of the series, are beautifully presented, and filled with recipes which Ramsay has adapted. What I mean is that they are not Gordon Ramsay's own recipes, but rather his adaptations of the traditional recipes which he acquired whilst on his travels. The books are both beautifully presented hardcover volumes, illustrated with photographs and stories, but also full of well presented recipes from the far east. Regardless of your views on the series, Gordon's Great Escape books are fantastic value for money when it comes to recipe books, and the recipes presented seem to be of a rare and authentic nature.
