Great read on stategies for time and productivity management with realistic examples for individual task completion and task collaboration. Get proper rest. Work in focused 90-minute bursts. And keep prioritized lists to document all the threads that are much less organized in your mind.
This HBR Guide is the first I have ever bought. It's a good fundamental book to read but it is very limited in details. It touches briefly on a lot of very important topic...enough for you to want to search out additional information. Like my rating suggested, "it's okay."
Very well organised and the topics are very relevent. While the aim is not to go deep, it has done a very good job of covering the width of the subject. The coverage on issues like mail box, prioritisation, time management, focus, energy management etc are very appropriate and useful. Worth the read and implementation. Also, as the topics are independent, it is a very easy read as we can go to the topic which interests us directly without going through the entire book.
