About the author
Top reviews from other countries
The novel reinforces the value of how hard work can pay off with regards to goals. It also does a good job in teaching a young person to be more aware of what's happening around him or her.
Hot button topics that come up include death of loved ones, divorce, as well as coping in strained relationships. The good side is that Dani learns and instructs how not to deal with these issues, in addition to overcoming them.
