Ridiculously wrong readings but a priceless instrument
Reviewed in India on 30 October 2020
I bought it thinking that I am buying something which would give me highly accurate readings, because the scale is supposed to measure things even of a few grams but needless to say i was in for something ridiculous.
Just to test it at a very basic level i weighed something measuring around 500gm and it gave me a reading of around 100gms. I thought may be I am doing something wrong so I checked the settings, the units and everything. Then i measured something weighing around 200gm and it gave a reading of around 50gms.
I understood this is not meant for me but is a highly technical scale most probably configured for moon or for a different planet where the gravity is much lower compared to earth and the objects as a result weigh much lower.
Alas, I had to return this priceless instrument and written a mail to ISRO to look into this instrument before their next planned mission to moon.
So unless you are planning to use it outside earth or if you are a UFO, you may want to avoid this.
