Thich Nhat Hanh was a world-renowned spiritual teacher and peace activist. Born in Vietnam in 1926, he became a Zen Buddhist monk at the age of sixteen. Tich that Hanh always describes his teachings through mindfulness and this is not the exceptional. This little book informs about how to relax mindfully. His book is just not only to read but it must be applied through practice. Nice condition of the book. Thanks to Amazon. Delivered within time.

Excellent bookReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 16 February 2020
I buy many books and this little one, so cheap, has turned out to be one of the most useful books I have ever owned; I have so often found it very difficult to relax in trying situations and this is a real help... great advice, simply given, in several different forms, and very encouraging. Recommended.

Recipient is really pleasedReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 27 March 2019
I bought this as a Christmas gift as part of a relaxing bath set I put together, so it wasn't a main present and more of an add-on. However, they have really enjoyed the book and found it helpful, in all honesty I wasn't expecting them to get so much out of it! They have trouble letting themselves relax and take time out without feeling guilty about it, and this has apparently helped. Definitely happy I made the decision to buy this

GREATReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 17 December 2016
A concise book giving self-help relaxation tips. Has suggestions on meditation, relaxation and body scans. A good book to dip in and out of when needing to relax. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
