How did you come up with the idea for this product?

Working in the textile industry for more than 5 years, he always wanted to do something that helps people and introduce some unique products in India. Suddenly he saw a 3D printer few years back and thus clicked the eureka moment of connecting India with all over the world and get best in class consumer and Industrial 3D Printers/3d pens with first class after sales support and help everyone to innovate and help in creating innovators at a very young age, just the way our Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modiji intended it to be.

What makes your product special?

    1. The pen switches off randomly at any time, which makes it very difficult to use.
    2. The speed of the output material varies randomly - sometimes it is faster, and sometimes it is slower, which also makes it impossible to use for a clean design.
    3. Q&A says it comes with a charges, but it does NOT come with a charger, it only comes with the USB cable, you have to buy 2 Amp. charging adapter separately.
    4. The housing near the tip was kind of broken when we received it, so we suspected if this a returned product they have shipped us, but we ignored it thinking this is not a big issue.
    5. Called up seller to ask for resolution - did not help.
