Product description

Review

." . . Interactive Corporate Compliance provides a superb introduction to a complex area of criminal law enforcement and makes a provocative proposal for regulatory reform that is interesting and worth considering. This is particularly true because compliance programs dot the corporate landscape; after nearly forty years of sporadic use, it may be time to take a comprehensive approach to their design and purpose. Sigler and Murphy have made an admirable start in this undertaking."-Criminal Law Forum "This book is a creative contribution to the generally moribund business regulation literature. It makes compelling reading. . . . Sigler and Murphy are throroughly persuasive. . . this is a very good book."-American Business Law Journal ?This book is a creative contribution to the generally moribund business regulation literature.
