While they have a lot of calories they are great as it is almonds and when you re on the road or in a rush it takes the edge off of hunger, I also use them in the morning before I go to the gym and they give me the energy I need. I always make almond butter at home. But, I really wanted to try the ready-made stuff to see the texture and taste of professionally prepared almond butter. Believe me, it's not half as good as the homemade one and has an extra oily film on every spoonful.

Packaging is nice. But only if you don't have a good blender.
