This book set off a new approach to "empowering" employees and it's interesting, the information is still fresh and underutilized. Although this book isn't long (250 pages) it is very repetitive but the premise is solid and I guess it's good to keep reading the same info over and over throughout the book. The checklist at the end of the book really do a great job of summarizing the 3 keys and if I were to start using this info, those pages should suffice.
