It give you some construction , light and shading techniques. some how to start to finish.
The only thing I didn't like was most of it was all digitally made. If your a beginner like me it gives you a little of everything. If your looking of a book that gives you a lot on the construction part I would recommend looking up The Figure by Walt Reed. There's also a YouTube review of it so you can get a look inside the book to see if you will like it or not .
