Alanna Robertson-Webb is a rising star among short story writers, and one of the anthologies she is featured in (Monsters, by Black Hare Press) has been nominated for a 2019 Bram Stoker Award. Additionally, the novella she co-wrote (Storming Area 51: Horror at the Gates) reached the #1 spot in Amazon's sci-fi books in October of 2019.
Her stories are often infused with hair-raising horror, and her paranormal tales in particular add just the right amount of darkness to keep her readers intrigued.
For Alanna the spooky side of writing is a riviting journey through the human psyche, so whether you are looking for some of her wholesome horror (Monstronomicon by Haunted House Publishing) or wish to be transported into one of her grimmer worlds (Death and Butterflies by Suicide House Publishing) then grab a book and embark on a thrilling read!
Bekki Pate lives in Wolverhampton with her husband and daughter. She is a horror writer and loves all things spooky or gory - Richard Laymon and Stephen King being her favourite authors.

Based in the (very) far north of Scotland I write horror and speculative fiction at the top of the map.
I enjoy reading a wide variety of work with a particular soft spot for William Gibson, Neil Gaiman and Pablo Neruda. I posting free speculative or horror stories on my Curious Fictions page with occasional literary stories sprinkled in and some subsriber content, link below. My interests outside of writing are music, walking by the sea and river, dark comedy and pugs.

Brown's published works can be found in multiple anthologies for all to read, but be forewarned, if you do... you may want to call your therapist after, her stories are terrifying, disturbing and devilishly unsettling.

R.C. Bowman is an Amazon-bestselling horror writer. She is a featured author on Curious Fictions and a contributor to the world-famous Nosleep Podcast. Originally from the Appalachian foothills of eastern Kentucky, Tony grew up listening to stories of mountain monsters and holler witches, and his writing tends to reflect the culture and folk-tales of the area. While he sometimes enjoys what is termed 'quiet horror', Tony is much happier watching good old-fashioned slasher movies and reading about the boogeyman, demons, and anything else that may be hiding under the bed or in the closet.
His writing influences include: Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker, and Ray Bradbury, whose early work and short fiction leaves him wondering where 'true horror' has gone. He currently lives in Bardstown, Kentucky where he spends his time with his wife and two young daughters - his favorite little monsters.

I would definitely recommend this book, especially to those who love horror, because it is your non- traditional way of reading. It's a vast collection of multiple short stories that all range in different areas of expertise. Also, as a student, it has been extremely helpful in thinking about my own short story/ flash fiction writing and different methods on how I would like to do that.
Overall, it was a very good book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Every few pages was a new story; a new beginning.
