Not everyone likes to read fiction, some are fans of facts. Any reader can enjoy 'Can the Hulk Lift a House?', but a reluctant Marvel fan will love it. This book is more than just the Hulk but asked some odd questions about many popular Marvel characters. The form is usually a double spread with a large image and speech bubble asking the question. There is then a pithy answer, but it always takes the question seriously.
It really is a fascinating book for a young Marvel fan and even an adult can some new information. The A5 size is fine as it standard book size. It is a shame that the entire thing is black and white, and the paper quality is a little lower. This does make the book more affordable, and more pages can be added, but it does not do justice to some of the great illustrations inside.

Marvel at these FactsReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 21 July 2021

Fun fiction with nonfiction features.Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 17 April 2021
Our six and nine year old love flicking through this. Every page starts with a question and then gives the answers from the comics and cartoons. It presents the answers as facts so this could help them with nonfiction text features on a subtle way. Every page uses black and white illustrations of the characters. Key words are in bold and the tricky ones get a glossary definition at the back. There's an index too so good for help with alphabetical order skills. A fun book that they can casually flick through. Good if they are reluctant readers too. Great!

Great for younger readersReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 17 April 2021
Great book for younger marvel fans, it covers lots of information all posed in question and answer formats, including many many marvel characters. It’s quite brief snd not too text dense making it great for younger kids. This book will really motivate kids with reading, if they love marvel as it is not too daunting and you get some great info. This book is a small-ish paper back format and has black and white illustrations on each page
Sinplistic but young Marvel fans should enjoyReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 2 May 2021
This is a book that young fans of Marvel should enjoy. The language is simple to understand and my 6 year old son enjoys this being read to him and learning superficial facts about Marvel characters. It's not a hugely informative book due to its simplsistic nature but it is aimed at a young audience and serves that purpose well enough. The book is black and white with a combination of text and imagery.
Too young for older kids, too old for younger kidsReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 23 May 2021
My 9yr old wasn't interested in this. My 3yr old was can't read. It's not a story book but does contain lots of fun facts from the Marvel universe of super heroes and characters. Illustrated in black line drawing so not particularly eye catching but good for an afternoon or spouting some Marvel facts.
