To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This book was returned and a refund was issued, which I thank you very much. But my question is this: why a customer (like me or any other customer) has to pay for the returned book; such expenditure has to be included in the full amount of the refunded book or the supplier should send a pre-paid envelop to cover such cost. Just hoping in the near future a policy as such in returns will be implemented. Thank you for your time. joseph
