About Nicholas Brown
Nicholas Brown - chef, author and nutritionist. He was born in a little town Healdsburg, California, in 1979. Nicholas studied at a local school, but he had always drawn to cooking. Being self-taught cook he decided to devote himself to this deal professionally, and after High School, he went on his studying at San Francisco Cooking School. After graduation, he worked as a sous chef for several years in one of the San Francisco restaurants.
Soon Nicholas decided to start his own business and in 2005 he returned to his native town and started a confectioner’s cafe. First, it served only cakes, pies, ice-cream, fruit salads, and different cocktails. Later on, Nicholas noticed that his food became more and more popular and demanded, then he broadened the range of dishes and now his restaurant serves not only desserts but also main courses.
Nicholas is happy in his native town; he now has a wife and raises a small daughter, who loves his cakes much. He loves his restaurant and job. He continues working on his self-improvement and development. Nicholas shares his experience, recipes, and advice to anyone who wants.
