Laurence found her love for cooking at a young age. As with her other cookbooks, Chef Meredith's writing style is very clear, professional without being intemidating, and encouraging. I'm glad I added this one to my collection of Chef Meredith's previous cookbooks. It will get lots of use this Fall and Winter.
