Be loyal to those who are true.
These are the words of the Code of Man.
- Sister Picassa Collie,
Shepherd of the Church of Man
Dogs have inherited the world, building the kingdom of Pugmire untold centuries after the Ages of Man are over. These dogs have been uplifted to use tools and language, and they seek to rediscover the ruins of the Old Ones. Some have learned to use the leftover technology of humanity, but they believe it to be magic handed to them by their lost gods. Others seek to create an ideal civilization, using a Code of Man compiled from ancient, fragmentary lore left behind by humanity.
The world is dangerous and mysterious, but over the course of these 18 stories, good dogs will persevere.

The Divine War, the great conflict between gods and titans, shattered the world of Scarn and transformed it into the Scarred Lands. It also claimed many casualties, including the god of the elves of Termana. With his death, the elves lost their immortality, their purpose and their future. They became forsaken. Vladawen, the forgotten god’s high priest, has not given up hope, however. He struggles to return his people to greatness in the only way he knows how: by bringing their god back from the dead.
But resurrection is a tricky business, full of pain and sacrifice. To gain worshipers, Vladawen manages to start a religious war in the land of Darakeene and gains the dubious patronage of Belsameth, Goddess of Lies and Murder. Now, Vladawen’s only chance to secure his fledgling religion is to find the lost relics of his god—and forsake those he loves the most.

Vladawen the Titanslayer, the high priest of a dead elven god, continues his quest to resurrect his deity. Following prophecies and portents, he and his companions head first to Hollowfaust, the dread City of Necromancers, and then into the wasteland beyond to explore the ruined cities of the Slarecians, a people so vile the gods and titans cooperated to destroy them.
These fortresses of the unhallowed dead welcome the Titanslayer with gaping maws. He finds there scheming mystics and shambling undead, the vengeful ghosts of those who died in his name, and an enemy who may be even viler than the titans. The resurrection of his god may mean the destruction of all he loves.
Can he forswear his faith to save his world?

Steals naughty children from their homes,
Takes them to his dirty den
And they are never seen again.
So says the nursery rhyme that gives birth to Rawhead, the most fearsome entity to imperil the living since the infamous Roller. Once an obedient mummy by name of Benefre, a desperate bid by his cult fails in tragic fashion, and in so doing, sends him to the Devourerís waiting, corruptive maw. What remains of Benefreís ambitious soul rises again, impure and unholy, set to the execution of a scheme so baleful, it constitutes a heresy even among his own misbegotten kind.
All that stands between Rawhead and his terrible aim are a lone mummy, Kemsiyet, and what little remains of her cult following its destruction at Rawhead's hands. Declan, her prized security aide, and Fiona, an Irish researcher only just recently inducted into the cult and its blood-soaked world, must fight both the odds and the clock in order to prevent a calamity the likes of which the world hasnít seen since the days of the mummies' creation.
