Sometimes it smacks of self aggrandizement but at times it feels a perceptible reality also after absorbing the context. Importantantly it has come from the perspective of a man at the helm of affairs of the most devastated district during the peak of the militancy. Some of the chapters are really revealtions, especially the role of the governors during those tough times...
