It is true that there is no one particular remedy for all and therefore try these methods. Some will work for you and some may not. The author has given very good guidance, in detail, on what to follow and what not.
Another aspect I liked about the book is that the methods to manage and get rid of the issues are all natural and not chemical solutions that many doctors prescribe. I loved that in the book. You know that you won't be harming yourself by trying these things out.
A very Helpful book. A keeper.
