To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
With a name like “Mirror-Belle,” it is easy to guess that the name must belong to a princess. This princess in particular is not meek or shy by any stretch of the imagination. She looks exactly like Ellen, except that her lettering reads from right to left every time she writes a note. Princess Mirror-Belle steps in and out of Ellen’s world through a mirror. Though the girls are friends, Ellen gets into several scrapes when Mirror-Belle shows up. People mistake her for Ellen’s twin. In case you’re wondering, Mirror-Belle is real, too.
Julia Donaldson has written some classics for children in the lower age group. While I liked the book, I have to say I expected it to blow me away because of her reputation with the books for younger children. In that regard, it was pretty average.
Content of the book is good for kids to read, but the quality of the book is very poor, pages are very delicate to handle, they come out when u try to turn page....please publish with quality especially when it's kids product
My 7 year old bought these with a book token as she loves Julia Donaldson but wanted "more grown up" books she can read alone. Needless to say we have not been disappointed, she's thoroughly enjoyed them and bought most of the series.
