5.0 out of 5 stars A great intro into psychology
By Harsh Nahar on 23 July 2020
Look at the amount of bookmarks in my book!

I got this book a long time ago but have only recently picked it up and finished it. I have to say, this is a brilliant book for anyone who likes to understand psychology as it gives a great entry-point to the subject.

The book is divided into multiple sections each representing a unique part of psychology and those parts are explained in multiple chapter- each chapter focusing on a topic and the person who pioneered or worked behind the study.

The graphics and the font makes the book easier to grasp and hold our attention.

I totally recommend this book. Also the quality of the hardcover is great.

Hence everything in psychology starts with the term observation ...
⭐ I never got bored reading this book quite interesting also the #gestalt therapy
Good embibement of self experiments of stress management and other ...
