An organisation like yours should not cheat the customer.The quaker oats packet is bitten by a rat and your personnel cover it up with your own tape.This is a serious problem.Please get it changed urgently.

11/10/2018- Looks like nobody is interested in taking responsibility for their product quality.So I will have to make a consumer complain to the respective authorities myself.
