Just what I wanted to read! This is close to my heart. Kimmy and Khalil's second chance at love is very easy and heartfelt read. Almost close to reality, and that's the vibe that i always get when i read Andaleeb's stories. I have always felt that the characters in her wroks are somebody that i know very closely.
Saba (My Brother's wedding, Asmara (Asmara's summer), Alia (The Crunch Factor), Tehzeeb, Ana & Athiya (From Jasmine series) - these characters exist in people around me.
Coming to Remembering You, Andaleeb has been successful in weaving a beautiful second chance love to Kimmy and Khalil. There is enough sneak peaks into Naima and Uzair's lives (characters from the first book), but they have been carefully crafted not to overshadow the main characters of this book. Hoping the magic continues into Shireen and Umar's story.

It's sweet, it's adorable and delicious.

I loved that the author gave Khalil a story of his own. After having read Naima and Uzair's story, this was such a heartwarming continuation.
This story can be read as a standalone too but it would be more enjoyable if you read the earlier one first.

If you love romances and especially second chance romances then this one is for you

This book is the story of two people, one who loves the other since a long time and the other who has not realised her love.
The characters from the previous book in the series also make an appearance and give the series a continuity. The language is simple and the story is fast paced.
Waiting for Aditi's story next.
or will it be Shireen and Umar.....

I had felt bad for Khaleel in book one of this series. He totally didn't deserve what he went through then. But, but I loved how that disaster became the harbinger of good tidings for him.
Kimmy, the talented photographer who is also a single mom is a memorable character. You will root for her and Khalil from the beginning to end.
