About the Author

LESLIE BILDERBACK is a Certified Master Baker and a graduate of the California Culinary Academy. This book is not the ideal salt reference I was looking for as a professional chef. The section of different salts is not that big, and there are few pictures of the different types of salts. I was expecting a detailed reference with pictures of all the different types of salts. The bulk of the book is recipes which I do not care about. I probably will be returning this.
