Received damaged product.
Worst samsung customer service after delivery.
There was also internal problem in the product.
Demo guy said lies that till 2 months we can't repair, when i called to lodged compliant they took complaint. It's 5th day now no one attended.

Every day by 4.45 pm they r assigning executive and if we call they r saying they r busy they can't come.

I ll never go for samsung.

Operation and Usage - For regular user it will be ok however for beginner it is bit complicated 😂 however during the usage you will get habitual.

Dimensions - Size 28 Ltr. - Dimensions are very Big in comparison to other companies model, weight approx - 20-25 kg.

Cooking Time - Takes more time to cook / bake any item in comparison to high range model.
Normally if you bake any item in 30 min. in any 15k + range model then the same thing will get baked in this microwave in 45 min.
(Due to low watt , ab itte paisa me itta ich milega)

Cookware - company is not supplying and cookware or utensils with this product , you have to purchase it separately . I purchased Borosil products and a microwave safe non stick baking tray.

Rotisserie - Not available in this model, this function is available in premium segment only with all OEM 😂. Apne model me sirf plate ghumta hai.

Accessories - This product comes with One glass plate , one ring with wheels for helping in glass plate rotation , 2 nos. steel rake small and medium height for baking.

Overall Value For Money Product.

1. Cool Premium Design
2. Ceramic inner coating which you will not find in IFB microwaves.
3. Plastic Handle so you can open the door without any insulating equipment.

Cons
1. Slit in the door, from which coackroaches enter in the door frame. Not to worry though as they don't enter the cavity of the MW.
2. Time can only be increased in increments of 10sec for Convection and Grill or 30sec for MW.
3. Less cooking option as compared to IFB.
4. No crusty plate and microwave bowl provided.

0 Star to Cloudtail India, for sending product with bent and really shocked when I returned it back as the replacement was not available, the next moment product was available on Amazon. Felt like they keep circulating the product unless someone ignores this kind of issues. Request cloudtail to avoid this kind of cheap practice.

Amazon service great, delivered n returned within 16hrs, waiting for refund.
